One of my personal mantras is to make every moment a healing moment. No matter what is happening in life, one always gets to choose how to respond to any situation. You can decide to feel like a victim and simply ignore your growth opportunity or be open to what this new adventure holds – the possibilities are endless. This is free will.
Each choice we make reflects a level of consciousness. We are continually given all that we need to expand into a greater self and a higher level of consciousness. Trusting that life is always giving us what we need to grow means not judging or resisting what shows up. Want to be more loving? Maybe your heart will need to be broken open to experience deeper love inside yourself. Heal with that moment and you become more conscious. Want more abundance? Look around yourself with appreciation and you might make more space for it in your own life.
What we bless, we increase. You may wonder how you can be peaceful when there is such misery in the world? How can you not? Each of us contributes to the whole. Have you ever had your whole day change because someone was especially kind to you? We are programmed to believe that we are powerless when in actuality the power of creation courses through each and every one of us. And the fun thing is you get to choose how to use it. When you recognize that every moment offers you a chance to be healed by whatever it is you are facing, then you are free. Let your life be a love offering to the world.
