Workshop - LIVING FROM INSPIRATION: Getting Personal With Your Source

To be inspired means to be 'in spirit'. To be inspired means to move with life in all it's complexity and learn to love the questions. Let the divinity inside of you be your guide instead of the past, your fears, acquired limits, or living from a place of coping. Heal and strengthen your one to one connection with your Source and let it inspire you to move beyond. This workshop will include meditation, intuitive exercises, breath techniques and self-exploration to facilitate growth and expansion.  Taught by Juli Somers.

Workshop - LEAVING LACK BEHIND: Creating An Inner Economy of Abundance

"Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all else shall be given to you". Abundance comes from a place of knowing who your true source is; living from a place of inspiration (in spirit) instead of lack. We mistakenly look outside for solutions when there is no wealth greater than what resides inside. Explore what is hidden in the unconscious and free yourself from the programming of powerlessness to change any and ALL circumstances. Through exercises, meditation, and simple tools you will heal some old limits and consciously move forward into a space of creation.  Taught by Juli Somers.

In this fundamental beginning class use simple tools to manage relationships, career, family, and future and take charge of your own life. These techniques help you stimulate your psychic abilities, reduce stress, consciously create what you want, experience inner peace and have more fun! Includes a Monday night clairvoyant reading.

This class is a prerequisite for the Clairvoyant program.

This powerful class will combine intuitive meditation and breathwork as a way to release old information and create new possibilities on a cellular level.  Breathwork releases trauma stored in the emotional and physical body enabling one to feel a greater connection to self and source. Class: INTRO TO SELF HEALING II **NEW**

Continue the intuitive journey of self exploration and healing! In this class you will learn to heal spaces, practice other types of healing on self and others, and deepen in your intuitive meditation practice and add in more fun tools.

Class:  SPIRITUAL HEALING PROGRAM **new format**

Maintain and heal your space while helping others. Learn to distinguish energies and not give your energy away or take on others’ energies or problems. Have more certainty of working with spirit as you heal with a healing master and a psychic surgeon. You will learn experientially about your energetic anatomy and experience many different types of healings. This training will accelerate your spiritual growth and healing potential.

This is a  three month training and meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Wednesdays class meets for five weeks, following that you will do a healing once a week at the clinic.

Offered again in the Fall. $175 per month.


Class: ONE YEAR CLAIRVOYANT SELF-HEALING PROGRAM

In this course you will work in meditation with energy awareness tools and clairvoyance to open up to who it is that you truly are. You will learn powerful methods to begin clearing your space of all those "roadblocks" that have kept you from vibrating at your highest potential. It is a commitment to yourself, one in which you will find your own truth and heal within the power of that knowingness. Through reading energy, spiritual healing and meditative practice, you will accelerate your growth and healing. Fully integrate spiritual perspective into your world.   Pre-requisites are Intro to Self Healing OR EAI, EAII and SHI.

Class: ENERGY AWARENESS I & ENERGY AWARENESS II

Learn meditation techniques and energy dynamics to help you find your true connection with self and with spirit.  Learn to shift your emotional states and thoughts by releasing blocked energy.  These skills help you manage your own energy and your relationship to the energies of others around you.  Practicing these techniques will shift your awareness levels to help you tune into your own creativity and your own answers.  These spiritual skills really work to shift energy and change lives.

Class: SPIRITUAL HEALING I & SPIRITUAL HEALING II

Students discover experientially about the aura, the chakras, and energetic methods to remove foreign energy (sickness and pain in the body) from themselves and others with no effort. Work with a healing guide to attain the safety and neutrality to be an effective healer.

Class: MINISTERIAL TRAINING

Being a minister is traditionally looked at as a calling. In the Church of Inner Truth, it is a calling toward spiritual freedom and a desire to reflect that to others. It is a commitment to be a disciple of the Truth and to the God of your Heart. To 'Know Thyself'. In this training, you will deepen in spiritual awareness and connection to your creative source. Class: WOMENS AWARENESS CLASS

Each class will focus on releasing, healing and creating around a specific topic; body image and health, creativity, relationship, career and goals, spiritual purpose. Step into the power of life in a female body!

Class:  CHAKRA HEALING

Through intuitive exercises, movement and meditation, students will explore and heal the chakras the seven main chakras in the body. Chakras are energy centers that when functioning properly lead to good health and well-being.  Find your own information about what limits you are holding and clear out the blockages while gaining an experiential awareness of these energetic organs.

In this hour long class, we will combine gentle stretches with conscious breathing to open up the meridians in the body and increase your awareness.

Class:  INTUITIVE MEDITATION

This is a compact four week version of Energy Awareness offered during the daytime. Learn most of the basic tools taught in Energy Awareness I – grounding to release energy, present time, clairvoyance, increasing your life force and aura awareness. Live life more consciously and with greater joy!
